Rentals include white linens for up to 200 guests (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) or 100 guests (weekdays), table skirting for all serving tables, your choice of either a head table or a sweetheart table, full use of the Main Room and the Outlook Outdoor Area, use of any of our available decorations, dessert display options and vintage furniture for decorating, plus water and fountain pop for your guests. Feel free to bring any of your own decorations, too. This is your day and we want it to be as special as it can be!
Rental rates also include use of the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Lounge for the day and ceremony set-up and the use of The Gathering Room on the day of the event. The Gathering Room may be added for a rehearsal the day before your ceremony for a $200 fee. Ceremony chair set-up is included in weekend rentals and an additional fee for weekday rentals.

We require a deposit to reserve your date. The amount will be determined by the Event Coordinator based on your choice of rental options. This amount is non-refundable and will be applied to the total amount due on day of your event. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit.
