Rental Options & Rates for non wedding Events
Friday, Saturday or Sunday Fairway Rental, Non-Wedding Event $1,500
- Full access of the Outlook Backyard Area on day of event
- On-site, personal assistance for the entire event
- Table and chair set-up, including white table linens and napkins for up to 200 people
- Buffet tables with white skirting
- Water and fountain pop for guests during the event
Monday through Thursday Fairway Rental, Non-Wedding Event $800
- Full access of the Outlook Backyard Area on day of event
- On-site, personal assistance for the entire event
- Table and chair set-up, including white table linens and napkins for up to 200 people

Rental of only The Gathering Room ~ Weekday $300 ~ Friday, Saturday or Sunday $450
Use of the room for 4 hours. Seats up to 32 people. Table and chair set up included.
Weekday Rental of The Outlook ~ Weekday $600 ~ Friday, Saturday or Sunday $800
Use of the backyard and deck for the full day. Perfect for a company picnic or baby shower!
Building access for restrooms only
Caterer Kitchen Rental $500
Full use of kitchen for food preperation; use of all utensils, cookware and appliances.
China & Silverware $2 per guest
Use of all available china dishes and silverware, along with cloth napkins.
Includes table setting and clean-up.

We require a deposit to reserve your date. Please speak with the Fairway Event Coordinator to determine your deposit amount. This amount is non-refundable and will be applied to the total amount due on day of your event. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit.

The main room is aglow in candles and fairy lights and the front entry cheerfully welcomes your guests to the event. The decorations are uniquely your style. The bar is stocked and ready to serve and your catered menu smells wonderful. The dessert tables are beautifully covered with sweets and cake. The Dance floor waits for your dj or band and joyful, dancing guests. Champagne is chilling in the Bridal Suite and The Gathering Room is prepared for your cozy rehearsal dinner. Not only have we created a beautiful indoor setting for your event, we’ve also transformed the backyard event area into an enchanting space to hold your event. A beautiful area that is sure to provide you with the dreamy ceremony that you desire, The Outlook boasts a small pond, the ceremony pergola and entrance arch, a large deck, and many charming seating areas. Spring, Summer and Fall receptions in the gorgeous Outlook area will delight you and your guests. Lounge on our deck or wander the enclosed yard with a cocktail in-hand and someone you love by your side!
Make Your Event Unique!
We won’t restrict your decorating plans. And you’ll have plenty of time to put everything together. You’ll have access to the venue at 7am on the day of your event. We also have a variety of decoration options available for use on your special day. Please take a look at our selection!
A Few More Things.
You bring in your caterer choice for a menu that’s completely personalized to you! Cake cutting is an additional charge if not provided by your caterer. The Fairway closes at midnight.
