Unlimited Catering Options

Bring in the caterer of your choice for customized meals.

Each event at The fairway is special with a menu of your choice from your favorite catering company! A kitchen fee of $500 will apply if your caterer needs to use the facilities for cooking. For simply bringing in your customized menu options and setting up, no additional charges will apply.

We hope you are thrilled to be able to pick your own caterer and any menu options you wish. We want your event to be as special as you are!

~ Otherwise known as a cash bar, your guests pay for their own drinks during the event, per our current bar pricing.

Heart & Soul

~ Known as a limited bar, you choose how many kegs, bottles of wine, bottles of spirits or signature drinks you would like to provide for your guests. Your guests enjoy the provided drinks while supplies last. They pay cash for everything in addition to the provided items.

Sweet & Sober

~ Our dry bar option includes unlimited water, fountain pop, tea, coffee, lemonade and 2 non-alcholic cocktails of your choice for your guests. $3 per person for 4-1/2 hours of service.

Just the Two of Us

~ Unlimited open bar for the Bride and Groom ONLY, including a bottle of champagne at your table. Celebrate YOU, as much as your heart desires! ~ $100 for Bride and Groom for the entire reception

Raise a Glass

~ Provide a champagne toast for all of your guests. We’ll pour the bubbly (4oz of extra dry in each flute) and serve it to each place setting or we’ll set up a pretty champagne glass bar for your guests to grab their own. Toasts to the lovely couple! $3 per person

Love Potions

~ Surprise your guests or wedding party with our house cocktails. $185 for 2 Gallons

Marry Me Margarita ~ We create our Fairway House Margarita with a generous portion of Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila and Triple Sec, then add sweet and sour mix and a splash of lime juice. Served on the rocks for a delightful sipping experience.

Say I Do Whiskey Sour ~ A refreshing blend of Maker’s Mark Bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup, our whiskey sour is the perfect pairing of sweet and sour and the perfect pairing for your I Dos!

Tickled Pink ~ The ideal thirst quencher! We use the perfect blend of cranberry juice, pineapple juice, coconut rum and banana liqueur to create a cocktail to make you feel like you’re on an island retreat.

Mai Guy ~ We mix this fruity mai tai concoction with both light and dark rum and a hint of almond liqueur. We then top it with grenadine, lime juice and orange juice to create a fresh Caribbean-inspired treat!

Signature Drinks

~ Choose a His and Her’s drink or a Couple’s Concoction to provide to your guests. We’ll provide a sign with your drink names and serve them up to your guests. A fun and customized-to-you bar option! Priced per Choice.

BY REQUEST

~ Do you need alcohol for any other reason? Dollar Dance shots? Fun Bridal Party entrances? More champagne in the Bridal Suite? Remember, YOU CAN’T BRING ANY ALCOHOL INTO THE FAIRWAY, but we will be happy to provide you with what you need for your special requests!

DRINKS AT YOUR DRY ROUND

~ If you would like the bar open for your rehearsal dinner, please let us know. You can choose a cash bar or purchase complimentary drinks for your wedding party and rehearsal dinner guests. Just let us know what you would like!

A Few Other Things to Mention

* Drunk In Love, For Love or Money and Heart & Soul options include fountain pop & water, lemonade or iced tea, along with coffee upon request.

* A 10% gratuity will be added to the Drunk in Love bar package and to any kegs, bottles of wine, bottles of spirits or signature drinks provided as part of the Heart & Soul bar package.

* Bar Service is provided by The Fairway at no additional charge.

* NO ALCOHOL MAY BE BROUGHT INTO THE FAIRWAY FOR ANY REASON PER OUR LIQUOR LICENSE WITH THE STATE OF MICHIGAN. ALCOHOL CONSUMED ON THE PREMISES MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE FAIRWAY. NO PURCHASED ALCOHOL MAY LEAVE THE PREMISES.

* WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ALCOHOL SERVICE AT YOUR EVENT IF MINORS ARE CONSUMING ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES OR IF ALCOHOL IS BEING BROUGHT ONTO THE PROPERTY OR LEAVING THE DESIGNATED CONSUMPTION AREAS.
